Here at OhioFishKeepers, we are not here to judge anyone for their actions or abilities, so to make this forum a better place, there are some rules that all members need to follow.

1. Always use the search function before you post a new topic. We don't need 100 topics all about the same thing.

2. Please use clear and understandable language when posting. Abbreviations and smilies are fine, but please try and keep them at an acceptable level.

3. There is no advertising on the forum. This means that there are to be no money-making advertisements in your signature, profile, or any of your posts. Advertising for money will result in an immediate ban!

4. Please keep in mind that this is a family forum. There is to be no defamatory, racial, hateful, insulting, pornographic, or illegal consent. Any examples of this consent will result in a suspension or permanent ban, depending on how serious the case! Members should report any examples of this that they see. Also, if they are abused over PM, they should send a copy to a member of the staff, who will take care of the problem.

5. Respect the moderators and admins. They do have a life outside of the forum, and can't be expected to take care of every little problem as soon as it happens.

6. Avatars are a fun part of the forum, however there are some guidelines to follow. There are to be no gory or insulting avatars, and no avatars that show advertisements. If you don't follow these rules, you may lose the privilege to have an avatar.
